sales tax will be added to all orders shipped to addresses within the state of California.
Shipping
United States: Your purchases of in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days via UPS (2-5 day service) or USPS.
Canada: Shipping to Canada is an additional $4 and an extra 2-4 days. For shipping to other destinations,
please email info@kukunest.com.
Return Policy
We take pride in all our products and want you to be happy when you buy from kukunest. However, if you're
not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund less shipping
costs, as long as returns are made within 30 days of your purchase and are in their original condition. For
items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we wll be happy to refund your original shipping
cost. Please email to info@kukunest.com to obtain a return form & authorization so that we can process the
return. We regret that merchandise mailed to us will not be accepted unless a return authorization has been issued.
