United States: Your purchases of in-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days via UPS (2-5 day service) or USPS.Canada: Shipping to Canada is an additional $4 and an extra 2-4 days.
International: We carry International sized duvet sets and ship everywhere around the globe via United States Postal Service International Priority. Please add the desired size to your cart upon checkout. You will not be automatically sent an international size duvet cover if your address is outside of the United States. For international size dimensions please visit our product info page.
Delivery Time and Cost (excluding Canada): For bed linens, delivery time is 6-10 business days, shipping cost is $15 USD up to 8 lbs; $25 USD up to 10 lbs; $30 USD for over 10 lbs. Wall art ships separately for $14 USD. Please use shipping weight guide below for approximate shipping costs.
Shipping weight: One duvet set weighs 2.5 lbs, one sheet set weighs 2.5 lbs. A toddler set weighs 4 lbs.
Return Policy
We take pride in all our products and want you to be happy when you buy from kukunest. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund less shipping costs, as long as returns are made within 30 days of your purchase and are in their original condition. For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we wll be happy to refund your original shipping cost. Please email to info@kukunest.com to obtain a return form & authorization so that we can process the return. We regret that merchandise mailed to us will not be accepted unless a return authorization has been issued.Privacy Policy
